Compare 1.0.0+build.1 and 1.0.0+build.2 and observe two different equality results.

The strings differ, so exact equality is false. Their core and prerelease parts are identical, so precedence equality is true.

Build cannot break a precedence tie

No build identifier is inspected by the SemVer precedence algorithm.

Equal precedence does not prove two builds contain the same files or behavior; that belongs to the package system.
